Here’s a simple dialogue between two friends, Sarah and Tim, using some common Australian slang:

Sarah: No worries, Tim. I’m stoked to catch up. Did you hear about the ripper party at Jake’s place this arvo?

Tim: Yeah, mate! It’s gonna be a real ripper. I reckon we should grab some tinnies for the barbie.

Sarah: Sounds like a plan, Tim! And don’t forget to bring your thongs. It’s gonna be chockers, so we better get there early.

Tim: Fair dinkum, Sarah. I’ll swing by the servo to grab some snacks too.
