Transport Vocabulary

Characters:
Amy (A)
Ben (B)

A: Hi, Ben! How did you get to school today?

B: Hi, Amy! I took the tram to school. It’s fast and convenient.

A: That’s great! I usually come to school by train. It’s comfortable and not too crowded.

B: Trains are good too. Have you ever been on an airplane?

A: Yes, I have. I took an airplane for the first time when my family went on vacation. It was exciting!

B: That sounds amazing. I’ve never been on an airplane, but I’d love to try it someday.

A: You should! It’s a unique experience. Oh, and do you know my dad drives a van for work?

B: Really? Vans are handy for transporting things. My uncle has a motorbike. He uses it to go to work every day.

A: Motorbikes are fun, but they can be a bit noisy. Vans are useful for carrying lots of stuff.

B: Yeah, I guess it depends on what you need. It’s cool that there are so many ways to get around!

A: That’s right, Ben. There are many ways to travel, and it’s nice to have options.
